PURCHASING & SALARY
Our Partners purchase 20% of their Drive-In, with owner financing available. The average annual income of a Partner is $100,000.
BONUS
Partners are eligible for up to 10% of the profits of their Drive-In while Co-Managers are eligible for up to 5%
(based on the store meeting their criteria).
VACATION
Partners receive two weeks paid time off after one year of employment.
INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY
Company-paid medical and self-paid dental insurance is available. DLR also furnishes a $10,000 life insurance policy
and long-term disability plan.
Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of D.L. Rogers Corp.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
We offer an outstanding training program to prepare you for your future. Opportunities include:
Stage 1 – Four weeks of intensive position training
Stage 2 – Four weeks of basic management skills training
Extended Training – Four weeks of overview and practice of materials learned in Stages 1 and 2
SONIC Management School – One week of classroom training
